Firstly we would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to everyone at ASE who has been involved with the installation of our shower. Everyone has been most helpful and considerate; kept us well informed and provided excellent service. Andy and Ian worked so hard each day with the installation; very tidy and careful with their workmanship. We are delighted with our shower and would happily recommend ASE, and indeed already have done so.

ASE did an amazing job when they refurbished our kitchen. We would happily recommend ASE to anyone due to the fact that everyone who was involved was friendly, helpful and professional from start to finish and under the present circumstances the work was carried out well to the highest standard.

We heard about ASE through word of mouth, whilst the general opinion was that ASE is in the higher range for kitchens their reputation gave us confidence that it would be a worthwhile investment. It is worth mentioning that ASE have a variety of options available, we would recommend having a frank conversation regarding budgets, they will work with you to achieve this. From the initial meeting we had no hesitation in moving forward with our projects, especially as ASE were able to take on the whole project from design to install, Adam recommended a local building firm to undertake the renovation element of the project. Working with Will and Dan has been a pleasure they have both exceeded our expectations with the designs, ticking every box on our wish list. We would highly recommend ASE to all, they have delivered a first-class service from the design process to installation, having achieved this during the challenges of COVID speaks to the organisation and resilience of the team. The workmanship and attention to detail from Scott and the install team is first class, many of whom had excellent ideas to complement the finish. We have found everyone involved to be friendly, approachable, and professional and at no point did we feel pressured or rushed into making decisions, this unobtrusive approach enabled us to have the time to consider ideas and options. We had such confidence in Will and his design ability that often when decisions needed to be made we opt for what he felt would work best, this was also the case with the install team utilising there expertise to get the best result. Any issues which arose were dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. Both rooms have been transformed and have now set the bar for the remainder of our renovation works, we have no hesitation in recommending ASE and we are currently working with Dan on designs for future projects.

Can we just say thank you to Everyone at ASE who was involved with the installation of our two new bathrooms for their very friendly, efficient and professional service. We would happily recommend ASE to anyone due to that fantastic job that was performed and we would happily give them a five star rating.

From design to completion everyone was very professional, polite and nothing was too much trouble. The most important thing that people should know about ASE is the fact that they have such a good workforce and they are always ready to help out. We heard about them from a friend which lead to us having no hesitations what so ever. Also it is a good thing that ASE always kept us in the loop and they were always very friendly.

We knew about ASE due to purchasing other products from them previously. Personally we believe that the best thing about ASE is the fact that we are able to visit the showroom, see the appliances and have a knowledgeable salesperson to speak to. We also believe that the communication is good as I spoke to five really helpful people over the phone. Also they recommended people who would cut our worktops for us to make a larger space, installed our double oven and a new circuit box. Simon Bull was also recommended to cut off the gas for us too which was very helpful.

We were recommended ASE by a neighbour of ours so we had no hesitations about working with them, this then lead to excellent results using quality products. We would be happy to recommend ASE to anyone due to our satisfaction with the plumbing and workmanship done and we wouldn't have had anything done any differently. There was little inconvenience to us and very little mess and very organised throughout.

The Trade Counter at ASE has always been very helpful and the Showroom is very pleasant along with the installers being very efficient and always performing to the highest standard. One thing that people should know is that you need to be patient as there is a long queue of customers. Any problems that occurred were corrected imminently and Jerry also corrected some related problems that were not scheduled. Overall I feel that I have had a good and careful installation of the bathroom and the work was at a reasonable price and I would recommend ASE to others.

We were absolutely delighted with the end result and that is all down to the efficiently and the friendliness of the staff. To begin with I was very anxious about having the work done during lockdown, especially with having a highly vulnerable husband. From start to finish the men worked hard, were polite and friendly and always work masks. We are so very pleased with the result so thank you to everyone involved.

We first heard about ASE through our local village plumber and a friend had also recommended them to us. We feel that the best thing about ASE is the excellent liaison with Dan and that Scott came to do a site visit and we had confidence in leaving him to overcome any problems that arose. We would happily recommend ASE as the workmanship was done well with little mess and the workers were polite and hard working.

Will also provided us with helpful and adaptive ideas and made adapting our design to meet our budget expectations. We have given the end result of 5 out of 5 stars. I know ASE as it is local to me and I have been in contact with them before. Those at ASE are very efficient when it comes to timing as the job I had done was carried within a reasonable timescale. I did have a slight hesitation to begin with as previously I have been in contact with them and had my quotes and jobs lost in the system but since then their systems have seemed to of improved and this time I have had no problems at all. After the service that I have received this time around I would happily recommend ASE to anyone who is hoping to have a new bathroom and would give them a 4/5 rating.

We first heard about ASE when we saw a delivery van of theirs outside a nearby house. We had absolutely no hesitations about working with them which then lead to a top quality end result which was installed within the quoted timetable. The only issue we had was the slight damage done to the stairs and the landing paintwork which occurred when moving the items upstairs but other than that everything else was done perfectly.

We heard about ASE through a local hardware store and we're very glad we did as they had a very professional approach, kept to their appointment times and had really good communication which means we would happily recommend them to anyone. One thing that people should know before is that a sizeable payment is due before the work starts but apart from that everything else is done to an excellent standard.

I had ASE recommended to me and I did have an initial hesitation about working with them as I did believe that the outcome would be rather expensive. One of the best things about working with them is that fact that if there were any problems I knew that they would solved. The one thing that I would have liked to have seen done differently is better communication from Dan as he needs to listen more instead of talking as much but then on the other hand the fitting team were were very clean and tidy which is usually very rare.

I was delighted with the end result that I had received, I did have a couple of queries all of which were sorted out very quickly. Andy and James were very considerate, clean and the aftercare was fantastic and we would have no hesitation recommending ASE to anyone or using them again.
