I have a new bathroom from ASE which I love. Daniel from the ASE showroom was really patient and helpful and had some great suggestions when it came to buying necessary accessories for my new bathroom. I always felt I had his complete attention when I needed advice or guidance. The ASE Install Team were patient, professional and helpful - Andy was particularly helpful - nothing was too much trouble for him. We paid a visit to ASE's Showroom in Ludlow purely by chance and were impressed with the displays but thought they would be unaffordable for us. We were pleasantly surprised to find that ASE could work with our budget and supplied and fitted a lovely new bathroom for us. All of the staff are polite and helpful. Daniel had some really good ideas about design and was very helpful when we visited him in the showroom. Chris from ASE Install was excellent, he arrived on time each day, worked hard and took time to ensure his work was carried out to a very high standard. ASE recently supplied and installed a new shower enclosure for me. The best thing about working with ASE is the quality of workmanship and customer care. There were some problems with this project but the manner in which they were handled was good. Commitment to deliver what the customer wants and customer care were both obvious and the quality of workmanship was such that in the end I am extremely happy with the finished product.

We found ASE when we searched the web for a local Kitchen & Bathroom Supplier. We would recommend ASE to anyone because all staff are professional, reliable and straight forward. The workmanship is very good - professional and cheerful team - we liked that fact that they made suggestions along the way which helped achieve an excellent result. We recently used ASE's services to upgrade 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom in our home. We compared designs and costs with other companies but had no hesitation about working with ASE - all ASE staff are extremely professional and communication is excellent. We were very impressed with Daniel (Bathroom Designer) - his encyclopedic knowledge of products and prices gave us complete confidence. Due to the individual nature of our home, some unforeseen difficulties arose during the installation but these were explained thoroughly to us and solutions found quickly. No problem seemed insurmountable to Andy (Installer) or Scott (Project Manager) and their team. The whole team were professional, courteous, reliable, punctual and respectful of our home to such an extent that we have already booked them for a further project. We are delighted with the end result which is tasteful, contemporary and functional. We believe this is due to the fact that we were encouraged to be part of the project throughout.
