After a quick internet search within our local area, we found ASE. There was then no hesitation when coming together and working with ASE on our new bathroom project. We liked how thorough the discussions were at all different stages, the highlight being how helpful the team are and how they listened to all our requirements. There is nothing we would have done differently, 5 Stars for the quality of workmanship and another 5 Stars for the end result.

We heard about ASE from a plumber who purchases his plumbing supplies there. We were a little hesitant initially as we had no customer referrals to give us confidence in the company but it soon became apparent that the standard of service from all ASE employees is exemplary. We were impressed by the the professionalism of all ASE/ASE Install employees. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and their service was very considerate. We chose ASE for our new bathroom project because it was the nearest supplier of Villeroy & Boch bathroom products. As we did not have any previous knowledge or recommendation we were a little apprehensive at the onset of the project. We were however very impressed with the ethos of all the ASE team without exception. We were very pleased with the selection process and the adequate time given to those issues which were of concern to us. The opportunity to see a wide range of stock was helpful and the advice given was comprehensive. We were very pleased with the end result. Initially, our greatest concern was the standard of installation. We were delighted with the high standard achieved and the attention to detail. It was a pleasure having members of the ASE Install team on site, they are a credit to both ASE and themselves. Whilst all of the team impressed us, Gary stood out for his enthusiasm and skill as a carpenter. We shall certainly have no hesitation in recommending ASE in the future.

A local tradesperson mentioned ASE as the place to go to choose bathroom fittings. We were a little hesitant as we didn't know of anyone who had used ASE, so we had no idea of the quality of the service or the work. We decided to visit the showroom in Ludlow. It was a great experience right from the start. I would like to thank Daniel who dealt with me with tremendous patience as I agonised for a very long time over the multitude of choices available. He had good product knowledge and ideas and helped me to arrange the bathroom to maximise the space available. Daniel also told us that ASE had an 'in house' installation service so we decided to ask ASE to do the whole job. As soon as we met Andy Vear from ASE Install, we knew that we were in safe hands. Andy came to our home and seemed to tune in immediately to what we were trying to achieve. He had lots of good advice about the project. Although we had to wait for some time to have the job done, all went well and it was completed on the scheduled dates that we had reserved. It was a pleasure to have Andy and his team in our home. What we appreciated most was that Andy and ASE's tiler Scott MacKenzie were both perfectionists, persisting with the tasks until everything was exactly right. Furthermore, Andy returned promptly to fix minor glitches after the installation was completed. We are really happy with the end result. The bathroom has clean lines, is very easy to keep clean and has a definite 'wow factor' - all the things we wanted to achieve and our friends and family think it is wonderful. We would definitely recommend ASE's services to anyone who appreciates good workmanship and excellent customer service. ASE will handle everything and the job will be completed on time and to a high standard!
