Further to the recent completion of the modernisation of our existing bathroom I would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to the team at ASE. Firstly, I would like to thank Adam Pearce for the prompt attention to remedy the situation when our original installer had to cancel the scheduled work. We ordered all the equipment, units & sanitary ware with the help of Daniel in the showroom who also carried out a site survey and designed our new bathroom . We would also like to thank the installation team of Gary, Andy and Chris. The Installation went very smoothly with the removal of the existing bathroom furniture, a “re-vamp” of pipework and utilisation of the existing wall tiling. As for the quality of workmanship, this was excellent and the housekeeping at the end of each day’s work could not be faulted. We would have no hesitation to recommend ASE for supply, installation and value with quality workmanship and co-ordination.

ASE were recommended to me by a friend so I had no hesitations about contacting them when I wanted to update my bathroom. The best thing about working with ASE is that they are efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I also used ASE's Installation Service - I was away while the installation was being carried out and when I returned it was like no-one had been in my house. There was no mess or clutter and everything had been left clean and tidy. Even the neighbours were impressed with the installation team's clean van, punctuality, efficient work and quiet performance. We recently had a new wetroom supplied and installed by ASE. We were impressed by the reliable, pleasant and attentive staff in the showroom. We recently had our new kitchen supplied and installed by ASE. We found ASE on Google and decided to pay a visit to their showroom in Ludlow. The most important thing people should know about ASE is that the communication between ASE and the customer is great. The installation team and all staff are very good. ASE recently supplied and installed a new shower enclosure for me. The best thing about working with ASE is the quality of workmanship and customer care. There were some problems with this project but the manner in which they were handled was good. Commitment to deliver what the customer wants and customer care were both obvious and the quality of workmanship was such that in the end I am extremely happy with the finished product.

A local tradesperson mentioned ASE as the place to go to choose bathroom fittings. We were a little hesitant as we didn't know of anyone who had used ASE, so we had no idea of the quality of the service or the work. We decided to visit the showroom in Ludlow. It was a great experience right from the start. I would like to thank Daniel who dealt with me with tremendous patience as I agonised for a very long time over the multitude of choices available. He had good product knowledge and ideas and helped me to arrange the bathroom to maximise the space available. Daniel also told us that ASE had an 'in house' installation service so we decided to ask ASE to do the whole job. As soon as we met Andy Vear from ASE Install, we knew that we were in safe hands. Andy came to our home and seemed to tune in immediately to what we were trying to achieve. He had lots of good advice about the project. Although we had to wait for some time to have the job done, all went well and it was completed on the scheduled dates that we had reserved. It was a pleasure to have Andy and his team in our home. What we appreciated most was that Andy and ASE's tiler Scott MacKenzie were both perfectionists, persisting with the tasks until everything was exactly right. Furthermore, Andy returned promptly to fix minor glitches after the installation was completed. We are really happy with the end result. The bathroom has clean lines, is very easy to keep clean and has a definite 'wow factor' - all the things we wanted to achieve and our friends and family think it is wonderful. ASE transformed our gloomy kitchen into a light, airy and attractive space. We enjoyed working with the team at ASE. Barney, the kitchen designer was friendly and reliable and made some very useful suggestions based on his professional experience.
