My daughter used ASE for her bathroom refurbishment so I decided to use them to have my en-suite updated. Further to the recent completion of the modernisation of our existing bathroom I would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to the team at ASE. Firstly, I would like to thank Adam Pearce for the prompt attention to remedy the situation when our original installer had to cancel the scheduled work. We ordered all the equipment, units & sanitary ware with the help of Daniel in the showroom who also carried out a site survey and designed our new bathroom . We would also like to thank the installation team of Gary, Andy and Chris. The Installation went very smoothly with the removal of the existing bathroom furniture, a “re-vamp” of pipework and utilisation of the existing wall tiling. As for the quality of workmanship, this was excellent and the housekeeping at the end of each day’s work could not be faulted. We would have no hesitation to recommend ASE for supply, installation and value with quality workmanship and co-ordination.

The only thing I would have liked to have done differently is sticking to the initially planned times to start work, but the most important thing to applaud is the efficiency, friendliness and quality of work.
