ASE was recommended by a friend so I had no hesitation in approaching them to carry out the work on my bathroom. Everyone at ASE is well organised. The installation team are reliable, respectful, kind, hard working young men. The quality of workmanship is excellent. I would recommend ASE to anyone - they arranged everything from start to finish and I am very happy with the end result.

We had no hesitation when working with ASE, we found them professional to work with and had great communication, we were glad of the recommendation from another kitchen showroom company in Leominster, ASE were nothing but courteous with us when designing and installing our bathroom. The most important thing that people should know about working with ASE is the fact that they have good communication, a professional and courteous service and fulfilled all our requirements. I have used ASE before, therefore had no hesitations at all when working with them again. There were a few problems that arose which were resolved quickly, ASE were more than accommodating and flexible I would recommend to anyone and there is nothing I would have done differently. I heard about ASE through a family member. Dan (bathroom designer) was very informative and helpful. ASE as a whole is a very professional organisation. The workmanship is excellent - highly recommend Andy! Everything about the fitting was timed very well (skip arrived as the old bathroom was being removed) - electrician arrived when expected and his work was co-ordinated efficiently with the rest of the team already on site. Being locals ourselves, we had known about ASE for some time as they are a Ludlow based company, and have been around for many years. There was no hesitation working with ASE when it came to having our new bathroom. The best aspect we found, working with ASE was their outstanding professionalism and how helpful all the staff were from the moment we walked into the showroom. Another element that can't go without mention is the quality of the workmanship, we wouldn't have done anything else different. Further to the recent completion of the modernisation of our existing bathroom I would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to the team at ASE. Firstly, I would like to thank Adam Pearce for the prompt attention to remedy the situation when our original installer had to cancel the scheduled work. We ordered all the equipment, units & sanitary ware with the help of Daniel in the showroom who also carried out a site survey and designed our new bathroom . We would also like to thank the installation team of Gary, Andy and Chris. The Installation went very smoothly with the removal of the existing bathroom furniture, a “re-vamp” of pipework and utilisation of the existing wall tiling. As for the quality of workmanship, this was excellent and the housekeeping at the end of each day’s work could not be faulted. We would have no hesitation to recommend ASE for supply, installation and value with quality workmanship and co-ordination.
